What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a Strength and Conditioning program suitable for all levels.

The aim of CrossFit is to provide a broad, general, and inclusive fitness program. It’s specialty is in not specializing, but providing constantly varied, high-intensity, functional workouts. This approach allows CrossFit to produce athletes who are outstanding in all areas of fitness, not simply capable in a subset.

The program includes a cross-section of gymnastics, endurance training, and weight lifting, focusing on core strength and overall agility.
